 Technical Introduction to IMD

IMD(In Mould Decoration) technology is a mehtod of forming,in which a film printed with patterns is put into a metal mould,and shaping resin is injected into the metal mould to bond with the film,so that the film printed with patterns integrates with resin and solidify to be a product.this process as the advantages of surface corrosion-resistance,wear-resistance,prevention against peeling,fresh colors,possibility of chaning colors and patterns at will,MP3,household appliances,instruments,meters and so on.it is a new process for upgrading product surface decoration with broad market prospect.
